1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aria Magic Voice ("the Software"), a macOS AI input method for voice input, pinyin typing, local correction learning, and AI polish, developed and operated by Aria Magic Voice ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. Product Description

Free and the planned Pro tier provide local input features on your Mac. The User Experience Improvement Program is a separate network path described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Plans and Access

• Free is the planned no-charge tier.
• Pro is proposed at US$39.9 one-time, but is not yet available for purchase. Website licensing and Apple IAP are separate candidate purchase paths.
• Legacy standalone licenses remain governed by the purchase terms in effect when they were sold and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

4. Trial Candidate

Free does not require a trial. Pro trial terms are not yet available. Any future website-license or Apple-IAP trial must be shown by that purchase channel before checkout.

5. Purchase and Payment

Pro is a one-time purchase (US$39.9). Website purchases use the website license terms shown at checkout. Apple-edition purchases, if released, will use the price and terms shown in Apple's IAP confirmation interface. Earlier standalone purchases processed by Paddle remain supported as legacy transactions but are not the new Pro offer.

6. Refund Policy

Free has no charge. The new Pro tier is not yet available for purchase. Future website-license refunds will follow the website checkout terms; future Apple-IAP refunds will follow Apple's applicable rules. Legacy Paddle transactions remain subject to the terms that applied when purchased. For routing details, see our Refund Policy.

7. Privacy and Data

• The User Experience Improvement Program is managed in settings and can be turned off.
• The improvement program processes only de-identified isolated correction pairs and quality signals; it does not send original recordings, complete source text, or account passwords.
• Legacy license activation and recovery may transmit device identifiers and device names for entitlement management.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including but not limited to the source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Aria Magic Voice or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written consent.

The Software includes open-source components, each subject to its own license terms. A list of open-source licenses is available within the Software.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
• We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
• In no event shall Aria Magic Voice be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable subscription or legacy purchase.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease the prohibited use. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where the developer is located.

2. 产品说明

Free 和拟定 Pro 在您的 Mac 上提供本地输入能力。加入体验改进计划是一条独立网络路径，具体以隐私政策为准。

3. 版本与使用权

• Free 规划为永久免费版本。
• Pro 拟定价格为 ¥268 一次性，但尚未开放购买。官网 License 与 Apple IAP 是两条分离的候选购买路径。
• 旧版独立授权继续适用其购买时的条款，不得共享、转售或再分发。
• 您不得对本软件进行逆向工程、反编译、反汇编或以其他方式尝试获取源代码。

4. 试用候选

Free 无需试用。Pro 的试用条款尚未上线；未来官网 License 或 Apple IAP 如提供试用，必须由对应购买渠道在付款前明确展示。

5. 购买与付款

Pro 为一次性买断（¥268）。官网购买以官网结账页展示的 License 条款为准；Apple 版本购买如上线，以 Apple IAP 确认界面展示的价格与条款为准。早期由 Paddle 处理的独立购买继续作为历史交易获得支持，但不属于新版 Pro 方案。

6. 退款政策

Free 不收费。新版 Pro 尚未开放购买；未来官网 License 退款按官网结账条款处理，Apple IAP 退款按 Apple 的适用规则处理。Paddle 历史交易继续适用购买时的条款。退款路径详见退款政策。

7. 隐私与数据

• 加入体验改进计划在设置中管理，并可随时关闭。
• 体验改进计划只处理脱敏的隔离纠错对与质量信号，不传原始录音、完整原文或账号密码。
• 旧版授权激活与恢复可能为权益管理传输设备标识符和设备名称。

8. 知识产权

本软件的所有知识产权，包括但不限于源代码、设计、图形、标志、商标和文档，均归 Aria Magic Voice 或其许可方所有。本条款不授予您在未经事先书面同意的情况下使用我们的商标、商号或品牌的任何权利。

本软件包含开源组件，每个组件均受其各自的许可条款约束。开源许可列表可在软件内查阅。

9. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内：

• 本软件按"现状"和"可用"基础提供，不附带任何明示、暗示或法定的保证。
• 我们不保证本软件无错误、不中断或满足您的特定需求。
• 在任何情况下，Aria Magic Voice 均不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任，包括但不限于数据丢失、利润损失或商业机会损失。
• 我们的累计总责任不超过您为适用订阅或旧版购买支付的金额。

10. 终止

如您违反本条款，我们保留终止或暂停使用权的权利。终止后，您必须停止被禁止的使用。有关知识产权、责任限制和适用法律的条款在终止后继续有效。

11. 条款变更

我们可能会不时更新本条款。当我们做出重大变更时，将更新本页面顶部的"最后更新"日期。您在任何变更后继续使用本软件即表示接受修订后的条款。

12. 适用法律

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖并依其解释，不考虑法律冲突原则。因本条款引起的或与之相关的任何争议，应提交至开发者所在地的有管辖权的法院。
