Refund Policy

Current Plan Billing
- Free is permanently free, so there is no charge to refund.
- Pro is planned at US$39.9 one-time and is not purchasable yet. Website licensing and Apple IAP are separate candidate purchase paths.
Future Pro Refund Requests
Pro is not purchasable yet, so there are no current new-Pro refunds. If website licensing launches, its checkout terms will control website refund requests. If Apple IAP launches, Apple will process Apple-channel refund requests under Apple's applicable rules.

Legacy Paddle Purchases
Earlier standalone purchases processed by Paddle remain governed by the refund terms shown when they were purchased. To ask for support, include:
- The email address used for the purchase
- Your Paddle transaction ID or legacy license key, if available
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Refund Processing
- There are no current new-Pro refunds because the new Pro purchase paths are not live.
- Future website-license and Apple-IAP refunds will follow their respective checkout terms.
- Legacy standalone refunds, when eligible under the original purchase terms, are processed through Paddle.
- Timing and the destination payment method are controlled by the payment provider.

The Free version is available as a direct download. Pro is a one-time purchase (US$39.9); website licensing and Apple IAP are being prepared separately, and neither path is purchasable yet.
