How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record.
- Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
- The exact timing depends on your payment provider (credit card company, bank, etc.).
- Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated.
Eligibility
- The refund request must be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Each customer is entitled to one refund. Repeated purchases and refunds of the same product are not permitted.
- Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
