These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aria Magic Voice ("the Software"), a macOS desktop application for local AI-powered speech-to-text conversion, developed and operated by Aria Magic Voice ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. Product Description

Aria Magic Voice is a macOS desktop application that provides AI-powered speech-to-text transcription. All voice recognition is performed 100% locally on your Mac using the built-in built-in AI engine. No audio data is uploaded to any server or cloud service.

3. License

• Aria Magic Voice is offered as a one-time purchase with a perpetual license. Your license includes all updates within the v2.x release cycle at no additional cost.
• Each license key may be activated on up to 3 (three) Mac devices owned or controlled by the same individual.
• The license is non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial with full functionality. The trial begins upon first launch of the Software. During the trial period, you have access to all features without any restrictions. No payment information is required to start the trial.

5. Purchase and Payment

Purchases are processed through Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and invoicing on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. All prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at magicvoice.team@outlook.com. 7. Privacy and Data

• Aria Magic Voice performs 100% offline speech recognition. No voice, audio, or text data is ever collected, transmitted, or stored on any external server.
• We do not collect any personal information, usage analytics, or telemetry data.
• License activation requires a one-time internet connection to register your device with our activation server. During activation and deactivation, your device identifier and device name are transmitted to verify license entitlements and manage your activated devices.
• Apart from device-based license activation, the Software makes no other network connections. No voice, audio, or text data is ever transmitted.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including but not limited to the source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Aria Magic Voice or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written consent.

The Software includes open-source components, each subject to its own license terms. A list of open-source licenses is available within the Software.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
• We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
• In no event shall Aria Magic Voice be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software license.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where the developer is located.

6. 退款政策
